Myathethil decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At some point she was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
