History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Barakas was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Barakas's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Rolen was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
