History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Umpen was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Sybil is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Sybil hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Sybil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Sybil was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and she wants revenge against orcs

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: Gifted from a young age, Shag studied abroad. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
