When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Through the years after Dain was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Dain's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Tenena lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Seamstress they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Bounty Hunter, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He tends to his Weaver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
