Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Crampernap was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dyer.

Description: This woman prefers to wear flannel. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on her left hand. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is her passion.
