History: Lewis was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born in the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Navigator and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Berrian grew up listening to his father's many stories. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and many drow want him driven away

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He sports a flattop hair cut. His ears are large.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: She wears baggy grey pantaloons and a green scarf, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'4" when asserting herself. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. Her fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and halfling compassion
