History: Born in the east to a Map Maker, Zook learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He tends to his Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has worked as a Navigator like her father before her.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Sammal is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barrister they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Carpenter, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and regain custody of his son

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He uses divination through singing.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Thradal was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Thradal's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Thradal and his spouse have recently divorced.
