History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Carpenter father left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Heartbroken, Modean never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
