Description: This eastern man very much looks the part of a Layabout. His clothes are grease stained in places. His copper crest is matted, messy, and big. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Rathkran was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student he started as a Mercenary, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

Motivation: Expand his business; and to be a mercenary again

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He usually wears his white robe and has his whip always slung over his shoulder. He has shaved his head bald. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Tarak was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Gardener. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and to end his boredom

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. Her eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she desires power and/or immortality

Voice: Whispers

Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his silver eyes.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: This slender man stands about 4'1". He dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a white coat with blue slacks. His hair is cut close to his head. He has hazel eyes and a grey hat with a white feather.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Dworic was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Dworic's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
