History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. During her travels, Xanaphia and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Xanaphia discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Xanaphia fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
