History: She was born in a small forest village. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Markosian was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
