Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Syllin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Tim was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: She is a mite stocky and wears a green vest and prefers red and grey shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her black hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her black eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Purah was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After a long history of fighting, Purah and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He is typically in his Merchant uniform, marred by sweets. He has moderate length brown hair. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Merchant arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Merchant. He struck the Merchant job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. The war was a terrible time for him, and Everard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
