History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Althaea was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Althaea's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Althaea and her spouse have recently divorced.

Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Ekk was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bellfounder they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Interpreter, and she later adopted a second daughter.
