History: Born in the west to a Ruler, Dain learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

History: Gifted from a young age, Rolf studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and wants to raise her children well
