History: Millicent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Carter for the past few years.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Lia was born on a far eastern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Apothecary. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
