Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Whurdred was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Description: This late middle aged man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time and is in decent physical shape. He has wavy silver hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fortune-teller business.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Uraim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Farmer, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He has achieved small success as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: Astar was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
