History: Armara was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Naamah was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
