Upon awakening, Markosian discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Markosian fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she is unsatisfied with her job

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
