History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Wiggan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Wiggan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Trail would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. She has worked as a Shoemaker like her father before her.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She is fixated on the number 22. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Sarai was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Carter. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: Donella was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Glassblower, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
