Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a brown costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His fur, while still mostly beige, has prominent grey streaks. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: Smoking was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Smoking grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Smoking. He has worked as a Sellsword like his mother before him.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and to be a animal trainer again

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She has all her life been fascinated with singing.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has never given up on her singing dream.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she prefers to wear grey clothing when she does not wear armor. Her chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. She has hazel eyes and a grey hat with a brown feather.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Jane took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He is portly but not overly obese. His chestnut hair is braided into rings. His eyes are violet.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Thervan will drive conversation. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a navigator and was forced into it by his family

Outside of the suit he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His blonde hair is lengthy. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Baker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
