History: Oriel was born with her father's beautiful face. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She's also a talented Dyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Wella was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and to clean up the streets

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and to settle down with his crush
