Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She worked as a nervous Layabout and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: She wears tattered old clothes. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her pickaxe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. Her chestnut hair is thinning but still full. Her eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Animal Trainer born in the past three hundred years. Thomas is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He keeps his bronze crest in a flapper bob. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He worked as a nervous Fortune-teller and found it very stressful. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Dwarf, and stands approximately 4'4". He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his whip with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and his gloved hand is found clutching a whip. His hair is long and red with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gilthur does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilthur grew up listening to his father's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
