History: Verna hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Unemployed again; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Healer for hire.

Motivation: Expand her business; and obtaining odd cultural dragonborn artifacts is her passion

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He tends to wear a large pastel jacket. He has dyed his greying black fur a little too much giving a sharp black color. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Fisher who has hired him part-time. The war was a terrible time for him, and Leaf does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
