Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nalaed embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a whip, but if one is not available she will default to her greatsword. Her orange fur is heavily combed to the left. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Cloak was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Crown-heir profession.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Through the years after Arara was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Arara's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy purple stubble. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a hunchback. He has no hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep red.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Thamuz lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Thamuz alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire.
