Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a grey broad hat and grey clothes. He wears his chestnut hair down. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Fargrim is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Fargrim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Fargrim took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up falchion and armor he uses now. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a green armored body suit, with a simple red line shooting up and back down. Her silver hair is still thick. Her white eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Kallista was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Merchant and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His auburn hair is long and unkept. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. After a long history of fighting, Bucklal and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: With pastel face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears dull yellow sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed lance, just in case. His white hair is thinning but still full. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Sindri is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and he is content
