History: She was raised in a island tribe. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gesrethe fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Doudra never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: Adrie was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and she seems to be bored by most things

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Baelitae lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son.
