Description: This malnourished man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a blue coat. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. He has blue eyes and a blue hat with a black feather.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Gennal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. During his travels, Gennal and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gennal discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gennal fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His black crest is heavily combed to the right. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Direcris abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: This younger middle-aged man typically wears tan cloth garments or leather armor, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Arumawann hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and many orcs want him driven away

Description: He prefers to wear flannel, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'4" when asserting himself. His hair is long and red with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Hugh has worked very hard to control his curse. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
