Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Galiena's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: She got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Kabbarg was born the youngest of three triplets. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She struck the Doctor job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and to unite with her brother

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Shedinn was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
