Description: An older man who wears a black shirt with thin tan vertical stripes and black pants, he is not a threatening figure. He sports a flattop crest cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gold.

Personality: Norkruuth hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age his father died while driving off some illithids. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
