Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a glaive on his belt. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Rolen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: She hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Herbalist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Herbalist work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to work out more often

Description: 4'5" and muscular, this southern man is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and green handkerchief worn on his left side. He wears his red hair down. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. After months of barely getting by, Thradal managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
