History: Born to a Brewer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Matilda alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Matilda was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
