The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Meriele has worked very hard to control her curse. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

History: She was born in the west. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and a rival would like her out of the picture
