Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: This northern woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. Her clothes are grease stained in places. She has dyed her greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She is dressed in earthy colors with a white and red handkerchief worn on her left side. Her long brown hair reaches down to her waist. Her ears are large.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She found a children's book about a Halfling Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Rurik was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Rurik was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: This man wears a brown vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on his right hand. His white fur is smooth and relatively long. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Butcher born in the past three hundred years. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He tends to his Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and sabotage a competitor
