Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, tan shirt, and green tie. Her brown hair is wavy and long. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Spice Merchant born in the past three hundred years. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Birel took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up halberd and armor she uses now. She has worked as a Spice Merchant like her father before her.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 6'0" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull violet iron scale mail. Her hair is long and brown with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small brown clips. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. After coming to the age of reason, Shamil took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
