History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Richard reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Prâk was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Surina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Surina was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
