Personality: Norman wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Barbarian, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and an old rival family wants her found

As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
