History: Aura was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Gifted from a young age, Fragrant studied abroad. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Masseuse. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Pyra has worked very hard to control her curse. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
