History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Lucan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Lucan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: The child of a Roofer, who enjoyed hunting, Pelaios was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
