When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
