Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Henk was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Caeldrim abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: The child of a Spy, who enjoyed hunting, Lagazi was taken on many hunting expeditions. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Roofer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Roofer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.
