History: Kaladan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.
