History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ruloth was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
