Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Kite is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting brigands, the young Biri began to lead the lost caravan. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She comes from a rich western family. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Emma lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Sage, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has worked as a Masseuse like her mother before her.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.
