Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Efferil enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work.
