History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents enrolled him in a Warrior school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Justin was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
