History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Kerkad abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Theriatis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Painter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Seamstress born in the past three hundred years. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Althaea's homeland. Althaea decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has achieved small success as a Seamstress.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and sabotage a competitor
