History: Born in the east to a Barber, Spear learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Spear grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Spear. He tends to his Barber job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born to a Cartwright, her mother struggled to pay the bills. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Drifting never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
