Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. A true patriot, Joan would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Joan lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Mantus hails from a village terrorized by illithids. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: This man is very fat, and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His copper crest is matted, messy, and big. This red eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Zedaar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Zedaar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Doctor.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Antrara grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Antrara. Being a Scribe kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
