Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tod embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Tod lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Gardener and was forced into it by his family; and to unite with his sister

Description: This man stands a little under 6'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He keeps his yellow fur in a pixie cut. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she prefers to wear flannel. She has styled her black crest well, parting it to the right. Her half smiles and red eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Ruloth enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Ruloth was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she's looking for her big break

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a violet vest and prefers tan and yellow shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He wears his chestnut hair up. He has blue eyes.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Ralf is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ralf was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Performer. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Performer for hire.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She wears a white shirt, with a grey mid length skirt with grey tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her ears are large.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Harriet isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her childhood dream was to be a Barrister, but she was a colossal failure. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
