Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her hair is red and curly. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Oriel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
